Biography

Mr. Murawski is a senior technology marketing professional with more than 40 years of solid consulting, corporate strategic planning, business development and program management experience in the Information Technology and Communications markets. Operating his consulting practice, FTM Consulting, Inc., for the past 25 years, his focus is consulting support (e.g., market forecasts) for high-technology product suppliers.

For the past 15 years, his consulting practice has focused on the structured cabling systems (SCS) marketplace, tracking the market and technology developments for both fiber and copper cabling systems. As a result, Mr. Murawski is considered to be one of the leading authorities on this marketplace. Mr. Murawski has authored a majority of the authoritative market research reports on this marketplace. In addition, clients for custom consulting support in this marketplace, including DuPont, Corning, Bell Labs, AMP/Tyco Electronics, among others, have availed themselves of Mr. Murawski’s expertise. In addition, Mr. Murawski has provided consulting services to major management consulting firms, such as McKinsey & Co. and major investment banks, such as Bank of America. At Sanders Associates and Hazeltine Corporation, he was the lead technical professional in the development of terminal and computer mainframe I/O interfaces.
